I'm thinking of doing a baking themed birthday party for my DD, I though we could make cake pops, have a picnic in the garden then decorate the pops, play for a while in the garden then home time!
I figured if she invites 8 including herself we could make four batches in pairs which they could take home instead of a party bag.

Baking with the children isn't a problem as in a past life ( feels like that sometimes) I worked in school it's just I've never used a cake pop maker, would have to purchase one...I've seen one in @rgos that looks ok

Hi, my daughter has a cake pop maker and often uses it. Its so easy to make them, they cook in 4 mins and then great fun to decorate.
I recommend the machines!

I agree, some items to charge for first class recorded were £4.10 (and I then buy the Jiffy bag on top) so 99p clothes make it not worthwhile for a buyer. Good idea re: free cycle. I've got rid of most of them now I think so will put the others on free cycle. Thanks

Thank you, it's was the speed ie 4 min that appealed.

It's ok ironing is now done:T for another week at least!

For anyone near Darlo, the Birdseye van is at M's Nth Rd. today.
I just went, but the van was all closed up, asked at CS but the woman didn't have a clue when its opening.

Ta for this, at the moment thye have about 1500 volunters so its about a one in two chance, still better than nothing.

I also did the kleenex tissue pulling game and got 42 - the top ones are pulling out 150 and above - they must spend their entires lives on shoot up computer game

54 was the most that I got but that's only coz I've got a touchpad.
