Hi - A vs T & T vs A (quite substantial now):
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=61075685&postcount=7140
Gosh - five pages posted all day, then 12 pages in the last few hours! You have been busy!! Good time to post my Tvs A list - at near midnight when A's probably going to put its prices up tomorrow!:rotfl::( No - I've no information as to that (or otherwise) but just sod's law! Happy shopping - and please check a.com if shopping Tvs A as I've got my info. from MSM!
Also for those doing the noughts and crosses/prize bingo thing on the Price Prom. in T.
A few with low difference may help if struggling - e.g. Aunt Bessie Hearty Dumpling Mix 79p vs 66p (13p difference), Salad Cress 24p vs 20p, and that Mornflake thingy - 95p vs 85p (but check a.com!!) - but, like Patty, I'm sure there's a better way to get value out of T!
Some Svs T:

Tvs S (bear in mind this is a little old now):

The others you can find (more easily) as you can just press for 'first page' and then page 8 isn't too far to search for. Avs M list is valid for Bank Hol. Monday shopping (assuming APG agrees with me! - point I'm making though is last Wednesday's price collection is used by the APG on Bank Hol Mondays).
Thank you all... and goodnight!!:):):wave:0 -

DM has not arrived back from his boozey lunch so was obviously a good one:beer:
I have my friend coming over to paint stairs and landing hall and ceiling tomorrow and I thought I would get a head start by covering doors in pva glue ready to paint. One went badly wrong, think pva was old so spent 45 minutes scrubbing it off again. Have done the cracks in door frames as apparently we are taking off all upstairs doors except bathroom so I can do a good job of door frames. Plus doors will all need trimming when new carpet goes down.
So hopefullyby friday all glossing will be done and carpet can then be laid on stairs. Quite thrilled at this as that only leaves my bedroom to do.
Measured out wardrobes I want from ikea and choosen the extra insert bits so hope to collect end of the week.
I did my accounts for last 2 months yesterday and need to see the end of this decorating now and so I can spend my time and money on more exciting things.
Have bought in total 2 large tubs of dulux emulsion and 2 tins of gloss and that will have been enough to do the whole house so quite an mse project really.
Found a lovely kitsh birdcage fabric for accessorising front bedroom which I might order. Enough to make large frame and a couple of cushions.
I do love decorating but as I am only allowed to use white or magnolia paint it is getting a bit sameish at the moment. Once large purchases are made I can concentrate on accessorising the rooms which is far more fun.
Nice bit of sun in garden and managed an hour sitting out before the wind came and temperatures dropped.
Hope everyone has another lovely day tomorrow.

I will confess that I was the lurker that Tiny Shoes has voiced before and Marrbett today, but not anymore!
I must say a very big thank you to Tiny Shoes that introduced me to this exciting world! I have loved learning this new lanuage, collecting bargains, reading and getting to know everyone.
Yes it was nice to meet you Marrbett and it was so kind you were giving away your sweet fillers to the children. When The Fun Stops Stop0 -

Food, drink and company was excellent. Friends I haven't seen for a while so plenty to talk about. Catching up with The Voice now from the other night. With a cup if tea and a slice of toast.
Why is it when I've had a meal I always come home starving. So so pleased I feel good and no chance of a hangover tomorrow.
Haven't seen the forecast but hoping for sunshine tomorrow:)To do is to be. Rousseau
