Especially after 2 years of being woken every 2 hours by my DD (admittedly 21 years ago:)). Good luck over all the noise emanating from this thread :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Every 2 hours would kill us.How did you cope.I hope when you look after the grandchildren they sleep all night.
They should be waking every 2 hours at home and sleeping through at Grandma's house, lol. I remember thanking my deity of choice when dd2 was at nursery, that she slept through, and hoping I didn't have that smug look on my face, when I saw the Mums and Dads looking cream-crackered after yet another sleepless night with the little darlings."We have to be kind because everyone is fighting a great, great battle" - Sir Richard Attenborough

I use it - but made the mistake of getting a small one so can only really cook meals for two in it. At the time we thought DD was leaving home! I am sure there is a recipe thread on here somewhere, never had the inclination to search it out, sure we will when DD DOES leave home, in the meantime I use it when she is away! What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

DS was the same, he only started sleeping through (i.e 6 hours straight) a week before his 2nd birthday. He goes a bit longer now but actually getting him to go to sleep in the first place is a nightmare.0 -
