I'm fine, this is my working week so looking forward to Tuesday and then I'm off for a week.

Haven't been about Westie too much, its way too clean, you and Julie have it sussed. Might get a little wander round it t'morro.

Hope the fitness regime is still going well.

westie was minging today - the returns on the receipts were carp!!! There was even a soiled nappy(rolled up) in the carpark:eek::eek::eek::eek:

Don't bother with those tabs mimi - they are a waste of money. Follow a healthy eating program, exercise(walk) a bit more and drink loads of water. Keep the carp out of the house:D

Oh, are they not any good? They did sound a bit too good to be true.

I'm already exercising a fair bit, but it's just this time of the night when the 2 litre of Diet Coke seems to appear along with the 6 packs of crisps. I was good last night and didn't have any. I'm going to try and not have any tonight either. Wish me luck!

Well, a quick shopping trip done (I think the consensus is they're shutting at 10pm tonight) - I decided to go for 'convenience shopping' this time and went to one of the Sada supermarkets because, eh-hum, it was more convenient.

More inconvenient though this time. Started off well (they had the Lettuce and the right one), but none of the right sunflower spread and no SP Shampoo!!

But, all in all, it was a fairly okay shop - neither really bad nor good.

In fact it started off even more well than that - at home, when I was putting the items into my basket on MSM. The bill for A suddenly rose at the end - a good sign! It seemed the Cravendales suddenly went from £3 (for the 2 I had in the basket) to £3.96!!:D So fingers crossed on that one. Or perhaps I dreamt it.

Due to missing items, I put in my basket some items that aren't even on my Av M list yet! I also put the Kipling Apple & Blackcurrant pies in the basket, when I saw the SEL at £1.00 (recalling that A was £1.45 for one or any 2 for £2.00) - however, they went through at £1.00 sadly! They're £1.00 in M (as well as T and W?) so 'only' 10p lost if they don't come back I thought. Got taken in, sadly, by a r'llback on a set of 2 bath sponges that looked good at 50p for the two (you'll tell me I should have waited till they scanned at two pence), a small amount for a filler to get the numbers as I thought M don't have them. Got back: do they count as one of the 8 anyway? (Are they on MSM?) Yes...but should have bought them vs T as the equivalent is 50p in T! (Shakes head again.)

So..all on for the risk shop vs M! Results are due in... after half past midnight:(.
