Thanks for all the replies people re: the dodgy cheese. I'm going to chuck it in the bin as I will no doubt get ill if I used it.

Also, I was just wondering if anyone has ever used LIPOBIND and if it is any good? Does it work? I'm trying to watch what I eat and detox myself but I am really struggling. Anyone got any tips other than not buying any food?

I'm excited. Where are the best places to find others discarded receipts and such? Any help/advice for a total novice is appreciated.

Don't bother with those tabs mimi - they are a waste of money. Follow a healthy eating program, exercise(walk) a bit more and drink loads of water. Keep the carp out of the house:D
