:j hello david. and artha. Just passing thought id say hello. Hope your both behaving yourselves. I got stopped at the tills in sot using the toothpaste coupon out of the magazine and the nice chap on the till was telling me how a woman had used £600 of fraudulent vouchers over the last few weeks . They finally nabbed her now everything has to be checked. yawn

    Hi Barbara

Was this in SOT tonight, I went in as well didn't have any coupons to use but as I was at the self service tills ,a lady next to me was having all of her coupons checked and she also was saying that all coupons are getting thoroughly checked now..

My local is IB but I do refer SOT, as we all know Ingleby don't like coupons not even Tesco ones, hahaha. Avoid.

I've been debating too.. I spent £10 on real books today then when I got out of shop it was like, hmmm ... But I read in bed and need a light up one I think

P.s is the 5:2 diet the fasting thing? :)

I love the 5:2 diet. It is the easiest thing I have ever done. 9lbs off and 6cm from my tummy in 2 weeks. I did do 4 fasting days the first week and 3 last week and will do 3 this week. I go to Greece next week so desperate to lose a little extra. My energy levels have started to increase and feel a bit happier xx
    Now on the 5:2 diet.

    Lost 25 1/2 lbs :j:j:j 33 1/2 lbs to go

cant vote con as lots lost houses due to Mrs t.

I know this is a raw subject with a lot of people, but I sometimes wish Cameron had half the bottle and strength of will as Mrs T. If he did, the country as a whole might be in a better position than it is now.

I voted Lib Dem at the last general election because the the old guy (can't remember how to spell his name) seemed to talk a lot of sense. The current breed of leaders don't command any respect at all, they change their opinion depending on what will get them more votes.

What we need right now is someone with a strong viewpoint on how to fix the country (and a long term one not just short term 'keep the voters happy').

I can't say I've ever voted for the Cons before, at home our Labour guy was fantastic and really worked hard to fix any problems we had, but having moved into a Conservative area, it really does seem like the other parties just don't make the effort. Except for UKIP and I'm opposed to them on principle because I just don't see how their ideas pan out.

Have to say, for many years I voted monster raving loonies. Such a shame that they've faded into nothing now their main protagonist has passed. They were always good for entertainment whilst keeping a strong background of reality bites.
