We are all out of coke here, had weaned myself off of it but last couple of weeks I was drinking couple cans a day. I don't mind Pepsi and notice all varieties are 89p 2l bottle in Ts this evening so would be 81p if APG ok.

One of my ways of coping used to be going somewhere deserted and just screaming at the top of my lungs, it's very liberating and gets the frustration out. Once I went to a local forest, Belvoir, and just walked round until I thought I was totally alone and started screaming then heard someone came running through the trees calling out to see if I was hurt. I sat and explained to him what I was doing and he wanted to know why so told him all about DH as we walked to the car park, both of us screaming and laughing the whole way there. He agreed that it made him feel better and thanked me. I may just have to take a drive out somewhere to do this again.
I read a book somewhere (fiction) where they had a shouting tree in the back garden. Seemed like a good idea to me.
Everyone needs somewhere outside themselves to release the stress. Some bake, some dance, some sew, some play music or instruments, some talk to friends or professionals. I write, have done since I were tiny, but you've gotta have some place to dump all those bad feelings and stress and tension that's outside yourself cos bottling it up does you no good in the end.
Doesn't have to be public, doesn't even have to be known, but find somewhere to store or offload that negative energy because if you keep it all inside it destroys you.

Arghhh...!!:mad::mad:
(...Is that the sound of me entering after everyone's bid goodnight or something else?)
Talk about leaving it till the last minute! Just done the shop for the Cravendales. There's definitely a price change happening tomorrow (i.e. in a few minutes) as there were no SELs against the Cravendale in my store. So if an item is coming off multibuy and the individual price amounts to more, buy on the last day instore. It'll compare using tomorrow's online prices.
I am doing a comp. vs M, with a backup vs W on the same shop in case it fails. My useless store tonight though had virtually none of the items. You'd think they knew I was coming and had decided to remove the items that were in my planned shopping list. No SP potatoes bags at this time of night. They did not have the correct eggs, only the ones that compare more expensively elsewhere (to both M and W I strongly suspect).
Unfortunately the SELs - where they existed - were correct. It seems they've become more on the ball after too many claims of GCs from us. So that ruled out a few items that I had on the list which would have been good with a GC. (I had a faint glimmer of hope at one brief stage on the Kipling cakes, the SELs of the ones not on £1 were correct in the aisle - all those that are £1 at W and M (or is it 2 for £2 at the latter, I'll have to go and check). Then I walked round the corner and saw the end display - loads of Kiplings and Cadbury Triple rolls marked at £1 ... unfortunately all the ones in the £1 price at A and none of the ones I wanted!!:()
Well - I've cleared the tables for tomorrow for some glitch shopping (hopefully!). When I say it may be glitch day, I don't necessarily mean that it begins at the stroke of midnight sharp, but might begin sometime later, around daytime.0 -
