Hiya guys - sorry not been around much lately but certainly lost my mojo for MSE and FB though I did get DTD lamb last week

Last Monday I went to see the doc as I had been having terrible palpitations and dizziness and he checked my heart, giving me the OK there. Said it would be panic attacks, which is what my doc said about 18 months ago. These have been so much worse though, so I thought it best to get them checked. He said to remember when it happens that it will stop, even though it feels like it won't as it is happening. Also said it will be all the added stress lately plus the stress from last year coming through now. I asked for a change in my antidepressants as I have felt for over a year now that they 'take too much away' and make me sleep so very much, so he halved my dosage from 300 mg to 150 mgs and I am trying that out at the moment, though he said it will take about 2 weeks to show a difference

My great friends Steve & Andy where up decorating my bedroom for me last week and I stayed at their friend's cottage with them while they were doing it to be away from the paint smell ...... oh, and also because they dismantled and threw out my old wooden frame bed on the first day so I didn't have anything to sleep on anyway, until they put together my new faux leather gas lift storage bed on Saturday :j I just have to get the new flooring ordered and put down and get new curtains and blind and that is another room all done :j :j

I came up North on Sunday to stay at my sister's house while they are on holiday in America, and we interred Mam's ashes in the family grave on Monday morning, so she is totally at rest now, and probably giving Dad earache by now ;)

I have been just checking in very occasionally to see if anything glitching, hence the free lamb, and trying to catch up, but am almost a week behind in reading and thanking posts

Fab squigs, thanks for this, and 10 ways too, as I just ordered one and can pick it up just up the road later today ..... and I am giving it to my Sister to use on her holiday :T :j:j:j

From this point onwards, I will try to keep up as well as catch up ................. I will try, I promise :o

So lovely to see you posting 3Dogs.

Probably in very bad taste but I think that you will know what I mean (in the nicest possible way). When I read what you'd put about your Dad giving your Mum earache, my first thought was that Alan would be there refereeing, my next thought was that he would not be a happy chappy at a recent result. Both thoughts made me smile. I was 'lucky' to know Alan, through this thread. Thank you.

The survey wasn't live for long, probably ended a day or so before you started :(

Someone else commented that they'd had 1000 points from the challenge, since they joined, but as I've only comparatively recently joined, this was my first "earnings" from it, so happy that it's giving something back :)

Points must come up from time to time :)

  • Against Sainsbobs, buy 6 as it's bogof there

    £11.88 v £5.94

But you've actually only paid £6, so taking into account the 10% you would be paid to take away?

    Edit

Feel free to kick me if I've got that wrong :o
