    Ok thanks, but these packs have 2 different b/c's. Which b/c did not work? It may be just the one which doesn't work ?

    I agree with the loss leader theory too CoT. It happens but usually in a much bigger way. Quite often petrol prices are cut to lure customers in but they are usually heavily advertised promotions and bring in a huge whack of revenue. Not at all like some of the minor glitches we see:)
