They're supposed to be sharp David they're for cutting.
By the way you're more likely to hurt yourself with a less sharp knife as you have to use more force.

When I say it died, I mean it beeps 7 times when you turn it on, and in the info book it says processor, and when I have read you tube it says motherboard, and it is a common fault. Th same thing happened to my nephew recently who has the same Dell and he had his 18 months too.
