I ended up buying compost from As - the Westland grow bags worked out the best price per litre compared to various shops when I checked.
Bark was £4 per very large bag, 3 for £10 again in As facing compared B&Q, Homebase, Poundstretcher etc.

Sorry to quote myself - what I meant was the Westland grow bags in As worked out cheaper per litre than other bags of compost (unless price has changed). The compost in the bag isn't fussed whether you use as a grow bag or split it up as normal compost!

Ooo! Forgot to say. I went to poundland last night (ours actually does everything at 95p because a 99p shop opened up opposite!).
They had some nappy changing kits in size 2,3,4 and 4+. I was a bit dubious at first because of the price but they are actually pretty good. Each kit contains a nappy, change mat, baby wipes and antibac hand wipe. They are now doing them at 6 for £1. I have to say I got 24 as they are awesome to put in the buggy for a day out.
They also had dehydrated potting compost. It is about the size of a large book but makes 10l when water is added. hths
