Morning everyone

Not been doing much shopping lately due to being busy and skint are Bombay potatoes no more? I can't see any recent posts about them.

Really want to thank Womble queen for this post

Just made a lovely Spanish style omelet with glitchy bombay potatoes, and glitchy cheese. Turned out smashing.

I will call it Omelet de Gliche.

I would never have thought of putting curry, cheese and eggs together but this is amazing, been eating it loads :T
