Wondered if anyone else has dealt with cashyourgold.co.uk? I sent them my gold bracelet (which I had already had valued on the high street). The special delivery envelope was very prompt to arrive and they were very prompt getting back to me with a valuation. A few e-mails were exchanged as I queries their valuation and then I asked for the item to be returned to me. That was 1 week ago! I have heard nothing from them despite 3 x e-mails. I have tried calling but I only get voicemail.......
I plan to get in touch with Citizen's advice tomorrow.....

The signs aren't good. http://www.cashyourgold.co.uk/ currently displays the message: "Problem - Please contact Support".
And, although the domain name was initially registered in 2008, the company it's registered to—Ganpati Jewellers Limited—has only been around six months.
There are several companies with similar names, so you might be lucky.0 -
The price of gold has dropped massively recently. You would be better holding onto it for 6 months. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
