HP not honoring order

This sort of thing is always happening. Someone spots a glitch on a website; something along the lines of 'use this code to get something for almost nothing'. The deal gets posted here on MSE and elsewhere. At some point the company concerned spots what's going on and start cancelling orders. A few people get lucky, a lot miss out. Some moan about missing out. So it goes.

Have some orders been honoured and others cancelled?

I have received another cancellation email, I think it is in reply to the email I sent asking what technical error would stop them fulfilling some orders;
