no not self employed, paid £100 cos we were respectable and thought that was a decent enough amount for her to have for the children. Massive difference though isnt it?? :T

But you stopped paying for six months while the CSA worked it out?

Thats what I thought. 6 months, or 26 weeks means arrears of £390. Less then 1 months CM your husband was paying?

If there is a issue with contact then your husband needs to seek a contact order. I think it costs £200 and you don't need a lawyer or anything. The PWC will have to abide by the contact order as breaking the order imposes severe penalties.

My ex pays 100 for two via csa. Id of accepted £40 myself but he was a wolly so went csa route. Maybe this £15 has been assessed wrong, so now they need to reassess?? Communication would be nice though i bet? Keep ringing, to sort it. The thought of her committing fraud, not needing money etc needs disregarding for the time being. You all share a relationship between your children, id try to resolve peacefully, untill you cant. Hope its sorted, mainly for kids (yours and hers) sake. X
The feeling i got when i confirmed my place studying criminology at Exeter Uni was brilliant!!!!!

The pride my children told me they had in me was even better!!!!! # setting positive example to children is OUTSTANDING!!!! !:grouphug::grouphug::smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea

Although you say he is a wally, there is logic for both parties to go via the csa. Nobbody likes to be dictated to, the suggested % eliminates that, if a PWC feels they get too much and would have accepted less they can always send a cheque back for the difference. Just as an NRP can contribute more than suggested if they wish.

I had to stop for 6 months cos the csa was sorting it all out!!

what was the point in giving £100 a week while the csa were racking up arrears??

You cold have saved that £100 a week, had £2600 saved, paid the £390 in arrears off in one hit and had a nice little lump sum over?

Call me cynical, but something not ringing true somewhere..,

Thank you gingergee. I had it reassessed in may last year just incase there were errors but it came back exactly the same :(

Trying to sort out contact is like talking to a brick wall with this woman lol. I do respect that she is the mother and i know she wants whats best for her children, but surely not making an effort to maintain contact and letting her children cal another an daddy is no respectable :(

Sometimes things are easier said than done but i always say, what goes around comes around! :)
