Assuming your using Windows on your laptop you can download, install and run SafeIP. You can select the United Kingdom as your IP location and then surf the Internet as though you were in the UK - www.freesafeip.com
The basic version is free and you just install and run it, double-click on the country you want from the list - USA, UK, Poland, Germany, France etc. and within seconds it shows your new IP address and the country.
It's a stand-alone program which you run as required and when you close it it reverts back to your IP address.0 -
