Well i booked with onthebeach, and we are off to the beach club doganay, in alanya, turkey, all inclusive 4.5*, for a week, on the 30th august, total price 2 adults and 2 children, £1462, including baggage and transfers, happy with that, reviews look good, any idea what the weather will be like on the 30th aug till 6 sept?0

That's a great price, the weather should still be good at that time of year. I would be surprised if it falls below 30, but would expect it to be more like 35-40! It gets very very hot in Turkey so make sure you have plenty of sun cream with you.
Another top tip would be to buy an extra bottle of water either in the airport on the way out, or on arrival at Antalya airport for the journey to the hotel. It takes 2-3 hours to get to Alanya from the airport and it may get a little hot on the coach.I am a Travel Agent

on arrival at Antalya airport for the journey
The airport is wonderful , but has a reputation of being one of the most expensive in the world!
You may find the pick up buses across the carpark outside the main gate , rep's often meet you there . Just follow the crowd , and look for the the rep.0

I thought that was Dalaman! Maybe all Turkish airports are ridiculously expensive.
Well done for getting your booking lisa. I love Turkey but I go to a hotel in a very adult resort so couldn't suggest an all inclusive. I'm going mid June.
It'll be very hot when you go. Drink loads of water as I'm confident it's dehydration that makes people ill (so called Turkish Tum) rather than anything wrong with the food. I love Turkish food.
As the airports are so expensive, I always get our hotel to make us up filled baguettes for us to eat on the return journey/in the airport. Staying all-inclusive you could probably make up your own. Make sure you have snacks for the children.0
