It didn't like robo, went though fine when I entered details manually.

Eventually worked for me by filling with Roboform then just deleting and retyping the last letter of each line.

I usually fill with Robo then add a space at the end of each line with spacebar

Thanks for posting.

How weird. I tried in IE, FF & Chrome and it would not submit for me neither, kept telling me I had not filled out all the details. I used Last Pass to fill the form. Typed in manually in FF and worked fine. Very strange.
