We are trying to copy dvd files from hard drive to dvd with DVD Santa.

When I go to burn the disc a message pops up saying "Unable to reserve track" Never had this problem before. Tried using the other burner programmes like Nero etc, but get messages like "fail to create the directory"

Have uninstalled then reinstalled DVD Santa but am getting the same problem.

Also been getting this message all the time (don't know if connected)
Micrsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Program:c:\windows\explorer.exe
A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the programs internal state. The program cannot safely continue and must be terminated.

I would appreciate some help with this please....PC running very slow also.

Thanks
