Loan for my situation

Quite surprised really since your salary is 25k and the 15k is more than half the salary but there you go.
Well my credit is good, i guess since i got lowest rate possible plus, the repayment each month is quite low. If i keep the loan for the full length of term Halifax will be making a good money on interest from me. The intention is to pay it off within the year anyway.poppasmurf_bewdley wrote: »And apparently has a mortgage, plus a student loan of £11k and £1k on a credit card.
Perhaps the whole situation is better illustrated by the times of the OP's posts -1.07am and 1.28am. Maybe more fortified by visits to the pub than the Halifax.
Plus, in February he was telling us he was a property baron and lending money out:

And he was saying then that he had £10k available to put in an ISA that would soon be £15k!!!

Jeeeez talk about being bitter.
So are you saying none of what I stated about you is true?
ie. that your statements in previous posts are untrue?
I only quoted what you said on other threads. Or am I not supposed to look up what you say elsewhere?"There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -

And it was your bull**it I was commenting on."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -

Why the hostility? Its not my concern that you believe me or not. I asked the likelyhood of me getting a loan at the beginning of the day, by the end of the day I had one.dealer_wins wrote: »poppasmurf you have been proved correct by the deleted posts by the BS'ing OP. 10/10 again!!

Nowhere have I been hostile to you. I've only pointed out the inconsistencies in your tall stories. If I'd wanted to be hostile, I'd have been reporting your posts to the powers that be, demanding that they be deleted and sent to the fairytale playground from whence they came."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. Inconsistencies? You cant know someones full history from a few posts, so im not sure how you can say im bullsh*ting.
You let the 'powers that be' know what ever it is you're accusing me of.0 -
Have you deleted your old posts?
Why?
If you did get the loan at that rate and actually do end up paying it off within 1 year, well done, that's not a bad rate.....From £8,800 to £2,200 in 2 years.
Nearly there, just the 0% credit card to go!0 -
Aside from all the disagreements here, if banks are lending £15k unsecured loans to people on £25kpa with two year's employment history then I can't see that they have really learnt their lesson from past mistakes!
Any half decent bank pricing/risk model is never going to show that such lending is viable at that rate given the default probability and the likely loss given default. If all this is true, I would LOVE to have a look at their models - after all us taxpayers bailed out HBOS!0
