THe Travelodge is actually in St Anne's - although perhaps give the OP a break, as both the Travelodge hotel details and the google map lined to it simply refer to the hotel, address and area as 'Lytham St Annes'

OP - given the number of hotels and B&Bs in Blackpool I can't believe you've eliminated all cheap options there. Where have you looked ? or is it that you've set your heart on syaing in a Travelodge ?0 -

you haven't said HOW you want to travel, but it's very easy to get into Blackpool.

You can get the train from the centre of St Annes to Blackpool South, there are plenty of buses from LSA to Blackpool. If you're going to be taking the tram at any point you can get a combined ticket for bus and tram, buying them from a shop with a paypoint thing will make them cheaper.0

well tbh we looked at trip advisor. the cheaper b&bs seem a bit tatty but still cost.more than travelodge rates. we stayed in travelodge last year and it was suitable for our needs. im sorry i wasnt aware that it was split in 2 as such unlike u
we are willing to use any form of public transport. was just a bit worried about getting bk later in the evening more than anything. the regularity of buses etclet he without sin cast the first stone0 -
The Travelodge is brand new and on top of the M&S Simply Food store in St Annes on Clifton Drive. It has a Costa Coffee in the same building too. The bus stop into Blackpool is almost in front of the hotel.0
