Jeez - it this still going on

the key point is whether the fact that PP were in the middle effects S75

Does anyone know a dodgy company that operates in this way? i could be conviced to throw down a few quid just to test the point myself!

Worry not, its heading to small claims, just wanted to get some things clarified in writing first...not quite as keen to issue proceedings as some of you veterans on here...;)

You're mixed up. Please read my earlier posts for clarity. I did NOT pay via Paypal.

You did not realise that you were paying via Paypal. YES.
Fact is that is where the money went.

    Time to sue the company.

Wrong! I paid the company and the company USED Paypal to process the payment! PayPal HAVE just re-confirmed this in writing...

What my CC asserts is their own business!

    Good luck with FOS/FCA. ;)

Great how people will not take the real culprits to court, but are happy to make other card users pay.

Who said anything about FOS/FCA? Can you read? Making other card users pay?...look again at post #69!

This is MY way to get back at the Supplier. If it's not good enough for you - tough, but it's totally legit.

For every person that receives a successful S75 chargeback, you can be sure there are probably more that won't bother, don't know about it or get fobbed off and give up! In the end it all balances out and believe me, the CCCs aren't doing anyone any favors - ALL their costs are built into their charging regimes and profits!

Like I said, you've had your say so...you can stop posting here now. Thanks a lot, really really!;)

    Dear OP,
Fill in the moneyclaimonline form, where the defendant is named as both your CC and the company that deceived you. Then print the filled in form and send letter before action to both the company and the CC.
Ask for the cost of the course and £100-200 for inconvenience.

Some people on here will be busy to take your spirit down and make you lose hope in the success. Just research their other posts - they seem to spend days on here, discouraging consumers from defending their rights.
You are in the right, your claim is very strong, disputing your claim will be unreasonable, so they will probably settle without a big fight, they will be afraid of costs and precedent.
Just do it. Small claims online are nothing to fear. Treat it as fun chess game. All the best, and do not take disheartening and confusing replies seriously, they have a purpose to wear you down.

S75 is funded by other cardholders as you are expecting your card provider to pay you...

How does making your card provider pay hit the supplier? You think the CC will take the company to court? or get a penny back from them.....

    S75 & chargebacks are NOT connected ....
