Has anyone else have received an inviting e-mail from ebay with £10 voucher with the code, to spend across their entire range, no minimum spend if using the code via paypal? I am just wondering if it's not a spam.

I did on an old account I forgot the password for and disregarded a long time ago, but I was able to get logged back into it and have used the voucher. I just needed to add the old eBay accounts email address onto my current paypal account as the primary address.0

Yes from time to time BUT they have Terms and Conditions to adhere to , as they are "category specific" discount codes.
By way of my memory-
The 10% voucher is valid for 7 days
Only for use on the one category that THEY told you ie fashion
Can only use it once /one seller
Max purchase of £1000 , so was max of £100 you would get taken off
Can ONLY redeem it in YOUR own Paypal during checkout, where it says ADD A PROMO CODE/VOUCHER (seller does not see your reduction)
You cannot use on another ebay account you may own
You cannot transfer code to a relative to redeem etc
Handy if you were after something and were getting 10% off but my experience through the years ,was it was not that good unless it was an item you couldnt find anywhere else for cheaper, and wanted it badly enough.
Otherwise I would just ignore it and it will expire as obviously , it is a marketting ploy sent to people back who have used their accounts a lot previously and generated ebay sales so ebay were in the money so to speak, and are in good standing to entice you back with the promise of 10% off.NB...People online who are here asking advice for "my friend" they really mean "myself" :eek:0 -
