Hi andyrpsmith,
Can you pop me over your address details to forumresponse@npower.com and I can see what's happening here?
Kind regards,

You have 14 days cooling off, the only thing you should recieved is the email when you signed up. after tht period a supplier will write to youDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0 -
I now have it all sorted.
Adam did raise this with the complaints team who came back to me requesting some information. In the meantime I called customer services and did get through in about a minute. They could not find any reference to my on line application so I signed up to the dec 2015 fixed rate of 12.002p inc vat which is .4p cheaper than the OVO offer which on 21000 units per year is significant.
Npower asked me for the mpan number and when I rang through today the call was answered almost immediately, the staff were very helpful. So far I have received efficient service which is pleasing given the many bad posts about Npower on this forum, I hope this continues.0 -

This is not surprising, they want you as their customer!
I hope it continues too, but you need to wait until you get your first bill before you can make a judgment..0
