Provider for Certificated Sharedealing and Virtual Portfolios.

Options
Lloyds Sharedealing will cease to offer certificated dealing in June so I need an online broker that will offer certificated dealing. Any recommendations please.

I also pay Lloyds Bank (Through Equiniti) a small quarterly fee to maintain my portfolio of shares where I can enter the number of shares bought, share price and date and this provides me with a minute by minute valuation throughout the day and a running record of my gain or loss in respect of each investment. I can also create a watchlist to keep an eye on any shares that I might be interested in. Lloyds will no longer provide this service either which is not good news because if I can find another provider I will have to recreate my portfolio. So does anyone know of another organisation that provides a similar service please?

Any help appreciated.

:(:(:( No! That is the first time I heard about it. A shame since it is a really good deal as you can do it online and get them posted straight away! :(

Now I have to pay Withdrawal fees and that is going to double my trading fees! Darn!

Could you provide a link to the news, I am trying to find it online.

Going have to find a broker that will let me buy shares online and get them posted straight away with one click. Can't use the phone sadly.

    Cheers,
    Joe

I stumbled across Changes to your Lloyds TSB Share Dealing Service from June 2013 and found out that it will only cost £10 to transfer them onto paper. But sadly, they are charging £16 per six months and £15 per trade.

Going to have to make sure I don't have a nominee account!

    Cheers,
    Joe

    Thank you Coastline.

Joe, I only know because Lloyds Sharedealing wrote to me. Halifax Sharedealing is taking over. I believe the charge is £10 every six months and that is to operate the nominee account that you will need to buy and sell shares. Once the shares are registered in the nominee name you can then withdraw them in certificated form at a cost of £10. That is my understanding.

But where can I set up my portfolio?
