Hi,
I was hoping someone could tell me the best way to claim back my PPI from a loan I got a while ago from Black Horse. I filled in a form that I got from First Step Finance but have not heard anything and not sure I really trust them
Any help is appreciated

If you have the loan account number and reasons for mis sell then contact Black horse direct, let them know that this company are having their licence revoked by the OFT and ask Black Horse to deal with you direct and not this company.
You need to contact first step finance and cancel the contract, ask them to respond in writing to confirm this, let them know that you are not happy that they are having their licence removed by the OFT.
Look at this

If First Step Finance do not cancel the contract, then contact MOJ
and ask what you should do given the circumstances and the OFT involvement,
did you pay any money up front to this company?.

It is possible this company, due to the OFT revoking the licence, are not doing business now and you may be able to do the claim yourself anyway.0 -
