U value on windows

Hi I have been given two quotes for new windows in a new 4 bedroom detached house we are having built. One for double glazed and one for triple glazed. Window total size covers 23m2. The triple glazed windows are £850 more than the double glazed. Both are Kommerling and guaranteed for 10 years. Double glazed U value 1.54…

can you name the company who quoted that price?
and not sure cos I never had a bay window and don’t have any idea if they are mega pricey and don’t have patio doors either so same no idea if they are pricey
