i downloaded it but, i read that this was not enough. This article americanpendulum.com/2013/04/10/portaldosites/ says that i should download an antimalware program, because apparently portaldosites is a hijacker that does not come by itself. It says i probably have another virus called Qvo6 americanpendulum.com/tag/qvo6-redirect/. I downloaded both antivirus program (I chose Avast avast.com) and antimalware tool and did a scan, and there were even more infections. I think the were all deleted, or at least i hope so.
Thank you for the help.0 -
I'm beginning to wonder if these topics are just spam.
That's 3 we've topics had now where the user joins, asks for help and ends up just citing the fact the got the answer from another site - americanpendulum.com - an affiliate site that pushes the once blacklisted SpyHunter. The others have never posted since?
http://www.spywarewarrior.com/de-listed.htm#sh_noteNote on Enigma SpyHunter: Enigma's SpyHunter anti-spyware application was listed on this page primarily because of the company's history of employing aggressive, deceptive advertising
The other two:

Maybe I'm just cynical?0 -
Whilst YMMV, I Googled for "remove portaldosites" and the noted blog site was not even on the first few pages of results. (I saw it 4th down on the 5th page). So I would be sceptical too.0

Hello, I did not find the article in google, but from another forum (that i found in google) I also asked in some other places too
Anyways, I said I downloaded Avast and later Malwarebytes ( I did not download Spyhunter, because the ones I mentioned earlier were what others advised me to use)0
