Building survey

We are in the process of buying a house. We have been advised to get a structural building survey done if the house is older than 30 years. We have found a website with loads of useful links and we got a quick quote which was really good priced.
can someone who has used surveyors4me.co.uk about their quality and how long it took to receive the survey report?

Use a surveyor that has been recommended by a relative, neighbour, colleague or friend, don't go with the cheapest quote you want the most detailed report possible.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Think about the amount of money you are considering spending on the property. Don't skimp on the survey for the sake of a couple of hundred pounds by using a company that sounds like they also sell mobile phones.
Go for personal recommendation and a surveyor who has a local reputation to maintain.It is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.

If you're getting a mortgage, see what they'll charge too. If the valuation's included as part of a mortgage deal, it might be cheaper to include the survey with them too.
