Question about multiple ISAs in same tax year

Hi,
I had an ISA with halifax where the bonus period had ended so the rate dropped to virtually nothing. A few days ago (i.e. in this tax year) I used the form here to convert it to ISA Saver Online @ 1.95%. My question is whether doing this conversation counts as subscribing to an ISA in this tax year?
I'm moving banks very soon and their ISA rate is very marginally better and allows transfers so intend to open it and transfer/pull the money from the Halifax one however I am unsure if this counts as subscribing to multiple ISA's in the same tax year? If it makes any difference I have not added to or removed from my one with the halifax in this tax year and the conversion from the form I completed has gone through.
Many thanks
