Hi all,
Thanks for all your comments I really do appreicate it.
And yes I am not keen on posting a link since if it does ID me people can see what other things I have posted, if things dont pick up then I may post it under another user name.
I looked last night at all properties in our price range that are on the market and sold. Of the flats that had sold only 1 had a floor plan! Again if things do not pick up then we may re-consider the floor plan.
Re the school - The schools assembly hall is on our boundary, so in our garden the boundary fence is actually a massive brick wall which can clearly be seen in the pics. It never occured to me that this could be off putting as when we bought it the garden was a jungle so the wall was not so prominient but since we have cleared the garden the wall is VERY visible, as its two storeys and runs nearly the whole length of the garden. When your in the garden you don't feel closed it or anything and the garden still gets day light on our decked areas (all day) and the rest of garden gets sunlight until about 1pm so I am thinking of getting the EA to re-take the garden photos so that the wall is slighly less in your face!0
