Options
hi all,
my wife won a bid ona pair of replay shoes item no 170107423643.
the description is as follows.
Ladies replay blue jeans light green high heeled sandals/mules. 3" wooden heel studded bow detal on fron. red R on side of sandal.

very expensive shoes cost £95 new, have only been worn twice, excellent condition but slight scuff on tip of toe, needs a bit of polish but is hardly noticable. these shoes look like new.

very fashionable, this seasons luminous colours with wooden heels.
below is the picture used for the sale.

these photos were taken the day they arrived.
they were not damaged in the post.
i have sent 3 messages thru ebay and 3 emails one showing the pictures.
all stating that the shoes have been not as described.
there has been no response.
10 days are now up.
what do i do now,do i go thru ebay and paypal or just one of them.
i have never had a problem like this before.
to me it is a blatant abuse of ebay.
if she had not said there was only a slight scuff that is hardly noticeable my wife would not have bid for them, well certainly not that amount.
does ebay know if this women has accessed these messages,as if she has she has a duty to reply.
im starting to woffle now so maybe if you could just give me your opinions.
thanks ragjoy.

Okay, serious answer first - open a paypal dispute for item not as described, I think ebay disputes are only if you haven't used paypal.

Non-serious reply - How much did your wife pay (don't let her bid again whatever the amount)? And couldn't you touch them up with a brown pen?

    Sorry.

Her *star* rating isn't particularly good, I don't think I'd have been tempted to buy from her purely from that.
