How do i change the head bearings on a GS500?

Ive got a haynes manual, but im struggling, any info would help!

You could consider sheltering it from income tax by using a personal-pension wrapper. This would be particularly advantageous if you are a higher-rate tax-payer.
Even if your threads are stripped, you should be wary of letting this unduly influencing your long-term asset-allocation strategy (for example, by investing in a Ford Focus, for example)
