1. Prize includes four top-price tickets, overnight accommodation for four and pre-theatre dinner. There are five pairs of runner-up tickets.
2. Tickets for main prize (four tickets) are only valid on Friday 14th June at 7.30pm. Hotel stay for night of the performance only and is based on four adults sharing two twin or double rooms. Pre-theatre meal is valid on Friday 14th June only.
3. Runner-up tickets (five pairs) are valid on Wednesday 19th June at 7.30pm only.
4. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non transferable.
5. Additional expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner.
6. The promoter reserves the right to exchange all or part of the prize to that of an equal or greater value.
7. The closing date for entries is midnight 29th May 2013
8. The promoter is Aka, 115 Shaftesbury Avenue, Cambridge Circus, London, WC2H 8AF

couldn't see the form using Chrome but worked fine in Internet explorer so try using that Luck affects everything; let your hook always be cast; in the stream where you least expect it, there will be a fish0
