After 5 Months, No Bank Statements

Hi Y'all
Basically, I just wanted to know what I could do about not having received the 6 years worth of bank statments I paid Nationwide for on the 20th December 2006. Although my proceedings against the bank has gone as far as sending in the baliffs, (by estimating with the statements I had), out of principal, I would still like to receive the 6 years worth of statements that I paid ten pounds to receive.
Nationwide have simply listed all of the charges on a table and sent that to me. Please tell me if there is anything I can do as they failed to comply with the 40 days they were allowed. Im assuming this is in breach of the Data Protection Act/Freedom of information- Im no legal expert!

In all of my correspondence with nationwide, I mentioned that I have still not received my statements.

How did you word your SAR.

Did you ask for a list of charges and did you say that the statements would do if they can't do the list of charges?

It's sounding like you got what you asked for.

The bank aren't obliged to give you statements per se, they have to give you the data you ask for. You can't really specify in which form it comes. In fact if you specifically ask them for statements then they can actually charge you for that service.
