in Credit cards
Hi all,
4 weeks ago I brought a second hand car for £7000 on credit card. The car had a few minor faults on it that at the time the dealer agreed to repair. However its been 4 weeks now, and despite me writing to complain to him about the length of time its taken, im still no further forward.
Would i be able to claim against the credit card (section 75) for these faults and have them repaired by another garage?
Many thanks
Martin

No it seems to me you bought despite the faults.
Where is the car now?0 -
I still have the car, most of the faults are minor..door seal, lock cover etc. however it has developed faults with the hand brake and seat belt since purchase0

Do you have a warranty?
If so claim on it - put in a written complaint to the garage - keep copies of all correspondence.0
