I seen that clip as well , men kicking mail about like its worthless junk. Unless you pay for hand carried mail ie Special Delivery, then am afraid this IS what happens every day. I recently returned clothing items to a catalogue firm and handed the package to the man in the shop handling collect plus and he flung it in a corner. I "joked" with him that it may have contained a glass vase and he just grunted like a caveman , good job it never had valuables inside!! grrrr
