Hi all...
I have been given a gift from the US - it has 2 pin plug electrics - any idea if this can be altered to UK fittings - if so, is this expensive/very awkward to do?? also, where would I look to have it done...
As usual thanks to you all!! and HAPPY FRIDAY!!:j

Go to Boots and get a "foreign to UK" adapter.. You will have to check if the voltage is the same though before you go plugging it in. This is one thing I am not sure about!0

What are the items you have?
if it's a laptop it may work on 100-240V.
If it's a table lamp they may need a new flex and a lampholder.
More info pleasebaldly going on...0
