RTA- Ongoing Compensation claim - affect renewal ?

Hi,
First of all - thanks for any advice I receive on here.
Background :
I was involved in a non fault car accident in June 2012.
Insurance claim for my vehicle was settled in July 2012.
I sustained back injury and whiplash and was unable to return to work for around 4 weeks and I have had an ongoing personal injury claim since around August 2012 which the other insurers have not disputed.
I am currently undergoing Physio and apparently at the end of the course in around 8 weeks I will be assessed again and provided with a report of my progress and projected recovery etc.
My solicitors will then value my claim and submit this to the other insurers.
I am happy with how this is all progressing, however during this 8 week period my car insurance is due for renewal.
I know I have to declare the non fault accident but will the ongoing compensation claim affect my renewals etc ?
I remember some comparison sites asking if the non-fault accident involved an injury claim - what should I answer to this ?
Any and all advice will be appreciated !
Thanks,
F

Some aggregators/ insurers/ brokers ask the value of the claim but the majority of insurers/ brokers don't, especially for a non-fault claim.
Your solicitors almost certainly will have a ball park idea of what the claim will be settled for and if the website you are using asks about injury or settlement value then you should enter yes to injury and the value they have given you.
If you want to have a belts and braces approach then you should contact the insurers to confirm that the claim is still ongoing and therefore this is only the anticipated settlement value but most wont care.0
