Benefits system and WTC

Hi
We have applied for Incapacity benefit and income support. Today we had a credit of Working tax credit, which we have never ever received before. We get CTC but it goes into another bank account. We so far have not received any IS or IB (due to !!!! ups - claim still being sorted), Anyone shed any light on this, as the only people to have this account number is the benefits agency.:mad:
