DSR - why do I care so much!

Just noticed that someone has left me 3 x 1's - all my feedback is positive and no problems that I know of recently!
Should I bother working out who it is - or just not bother!
Would much rather be out in the garden!

Would much depend on if you are registered as a business and actively trading. Finding the cause of the low stars would become very important to address any future problems.

Yes to both of those. I have already run reports on the last 50 feedback - not found it yet. Losing the will to live!

Don't bother because even if you find out who it was or why ebay won't do anything. I've ruined so many days worrying about my ebay business-there isn't much you can do.

I have had feedback removed in 2 cases by phoning Ebay. At the very least I can have the satisfaction of blocking the buyer and reporting them!

If you gave free P&P they probably couldn't leave you anything for Communitation, in which case it looks like they have left you 1s instead of 5s.
I'd give ebay a ring, say you've had 3 low DSR left, it looks like they have all been left by the same person, as no-one has complained or left bad comments, could they have got confused and left 1s in stead of 5s?
Then hope you get someone in a good mood who will check for you and do something about it.

I am sure it's the same buyer. Still working on running reports as it helps to know who it is - it could be someone who made an offer and didn't get the price they hoped for or something...

The trouble with this anonymous stars lark is, that you don't know what you've done wrong, so you can't think about how to improve it. It's not constructive criticism which is helpful, it's somebody with a bee in their bonnet having a vent just because they can
