Why are you asking for "copies of" your original mortgage documents? This is the PPi section but MPPi doesnt appear in the mortgage documents. The fact it is a standalone product is one of the reasons it has a much lower success rate on complaints.

Why do you even need the documents? After all, if you know you had it, a completed application form isnt going to aid a complaint in anyway. If you didnt know you had it and no longer have your bank statements then the mortgage documents are not going to help you.

Also, you say in your other post that Abbey didnt sell you the mortgage. So, they wouldnt know what third party products you have anyway and Santander have already told you that.

I got my mortgage on my last house from the Abbey, but it was really from Standard Life, i suppose at the time that's the way they did it.
Don't know if this is what you want but the address i have on some old abbey documents is:
    PO Box 287
    Stockton-on-Tees.
    TS17 6QQ
    Phone- 08457165905

SailorSam, On another thread, the OP has said that Santander didnt sell any policy and he bought the mortgage via a broker. He has also confirmed that Santander have confirmed that no policy with them exists.
