If you do refund, make sure you get the phone back first.

Also do you have a copy of the IMEI number of the mobile you sold. Your customer may be legit, but some people do buy phones and then swap the inside of the phone. Then give you some kind of heart renching story to make you want to refund. So a sory about there child usually works.

I agree with this, you need to be sure its not a scam.

I'd tell her to relist it. It is her fault she didn't look at the details correctly. You are not under any obligation to refund an item if it is as described and in the condtion stated (ie new) business or no.

I have accepted a refund from a buyer but only before it was shipped.

If you have really made up your mind to allow the refund I would add a handling fee to the costs incurred. If you tell her that you'd probably find they'd relist it themselves.

Hello the buyer is forgetting something here? in your case whats the point not having a return policy details on your auction in the first place on that auction. To me I would not give the lady a refund at all its the hole point having the auction in the first place. ;)
