I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction if possible, On the property I'm buying, Some work was done in 2005 to install patio doors which meant either: * using existing windows * or creating new exit in wall to install the patio doors. I know vendor hasn't got FENSA but is it an issue if building…

Thanks.I beleive it originally was a 2 bedroom. I'm undecided yet but I'll either revert back to 2 bed or have it done into a proper 3 bed, with each room having access to the landing (The neighbour did this so at least I know its possible).
