If should have a small hole in the draw, open a paperclip push it in & that will open it.0

There is invariably a small pinhole on the drive somewhere, unfold the end of a paperclip and poke it in to operate the manual release. Disk probably not seated properly so jammed the tray. You may need to be a little firm with it and jiggle it out.0
