Hi,
if it's got a scart maybe something like this,

As above, but since you'll get a line out signal, you'll need a volume control for the headphones. That gum you like is coming back in style.0

You don't connect headphones to 'phono' sockets, you connect them to headphone or phone sockets.
Phono sockets are the line level RCA phono type shown in the picture above, headphone sockets are usually 3.5mm or 1/4inch jack sockets.
As pointed out, a SCART to phono like that will give a fixed level output, with no control over volume. It probably won't be strong enough to drive headphones anyway
Again, what make and model is the TV? What other equipment do you have? Is the TV connected to a soundbar or sound system?0 -

Sorry, not phono as it has phono connections already. I meant headphone socket or jack output...
I have no amp0 -
You need to feed either the digital out or audio out from a SCART adaptor like the one in the pic to a headphone amplifier, or a HiFi amp with a headphone socket.0

This and this will do the job for under £9. Battery operated, but for a little more money you'll get a model which can be powered from a USB port if your tv has one. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

Will also need the SCART adaptor as pictured above - no audio out phonos, just audio out via Scart

It does have digital output according to the instructions which you could feed into a decoder and then headphone amp.0
