Santander Telephone Banking

Hi.
I've recently opened a new account with santander.
I've received details for online banking, but not for telephone banking (they said they would send details out)
Although it has not been 7 days yet (and therefore santander say there's no course for concern) I'm worried that I've not recieved telephone banking details, and they've gone into the wrong hands.
So my question is, when you telephone bank, does santander automated service ask you any security details other than what is printed in the letters? For example, if you make a payment out (on the phone) will they ask you any additional details?
ETA: can you make a transfer from the account to another account?
