I purchased Kapinsky pure 3.0 yesterday and installed it but since then when my computer goes on sleep mode it shuts everything down and closes all my tabs. When I go to use it again it says windows didn't shut down properly. Any ideas on what I need to do? Thanks in advance...

It's Kaspersky.Which version of Windows: XP, Vista, 7, 8?
Have you manually run the Kaspersky updates since you installed it?No free lunch, and no free laptop

Ooh yes I have just noticed my spelling mistakes ;-) its Windows 7 (I think)! Sorry I'm not that techie! Is there anyway I can find out without sorting through all my paperwork? I have tried to find out on the control panel but without much success! Thank you for your patience.

Windows key + Pause key gives you the Windows info screen. That'll tell you exactly what flavour of Windows you have.
