Freesat in Block of Flats - cost?

HI
I have just purchased a flat which has a communal satellite dish.
I am not sure whether to sign up for a Sky package, and would probably be more than content with Freesat. I understand this is a one-off fee of £150, but as there is a dish there, and all I would need is the Sky Box and viewing card, is there a cheaper way around?
Alternatively, I could sign up for the £15 per month (2 mixes) for a year for £180 and then unsubscribe, which would not be much difference is cost and give me more channels for a year?
Anyone else know how much Sky charge for the Box and viewing card where a dish is already in place?
Thanks in advance

The dish is the cheapest part, its the box that costs money to build.
If you get a cheap box on ebay a local fitter could attach it for half of that
