Strange goings on

I arranged this morning to view a house on Wednesday. Someone my husband works with claims she has bought it but when I rang estate agent they say no offers have been made on it and I'm the only one to enquire on it for a while....very strange.
Her claim of buying it without viewing doesn't ring true to me but we can't exactly call her a liar to her face lol

good advice from Rickee. Tell people when you have exchanged contracts. You can always (if you don't like the property) give your colleagues telephone number to the estate agent!0

He says he didn't tell her about us going to view as we only decided Saturday...I assume she overheard him asking a few people who live on the estate about the concrete build worries we hadHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0

For once, I'd believe an Estate Agent over a member of the public....;)
I would be extra wary if I went ahead with an offer and keep pushing things thought with care............
................. but I'd be certain to invite the husband's work colleague along to my house warming party to celebrate what a lovely property you'd just bought....
